You’ve successfully joined the Introductory Level – Worry Less course.
You can access your course immediately through the link above or through your account.
You can log into your account later by using the “sign in” button on our home page.
Your user name is your email address and the password is the one you set up when you registered.
Choose the “courses” tab on the left side of the screen (computer or laptop) or the hamburger menu 
at the top of the screen (tablet or mobile) to display the course you registered in.
When you click on the name of the course, you’ll be able access the first lesson.
New lessons are made available every 7 days for 5 weeks – you’ll get an email every time another module is released.
The whole series will remain in your account for 2 additional weeks in case you need more time or want to have another look at some or all of the lessons.
