No, it doesn't matter whether or not your loved one has been diagnosed with a mental health condition. These are useful skills for anyone supporting young adults who have difficulty managing their emotions.
No. We are not therapists or counsellors so our learning modules are not eligible for insurance coverage.
When you are logged into your account, click on the payment tab on the left hand side of the screen to see your payment details. On the far right of that screen, under the heading "Actions", click on the three dots to download and or print your recipt.
Our learning modules are offered through this website. The first time you register for a level of classes, you'll be guided to create an account using your email addres and a password. The video classes will be released to that account each week and you can access them by logging into your account on our homepage.
Yes. The certificates are available once you have completed each level of video modules. The certificate can be downloaded and printed or saved to your computer. A shareable link is also available if you want to send the certificate to someone else.
Our workshops are inspired by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) developed by M. Linehan (1991) and adapted for use with families by A. Fruzzetti & P. Hoffman (2001) and by A. Miller & J. Rathus (2014). We also draw from the work of K. Neff (2015) and Tara Brach (202) on Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
